My proposed Freedom Of Information and/or Knowledge Act/treaty/directive/slaw

No government, state or organisation shall regulate, or prevent any other state, government or individual gaining access to information and or knowledge in any format or medium, electronic or otherwise if that information can be deemed educational by any or all of the parties involved. So long as that information and or knowledge was produced and distributed with  the consent of all  the precipitants involved in the production of it it,  as well as that information and/or information doesn't  breach any rights to privacy.  and where privacy and/or consent will not be used to limit the circulation of information for the public good. It shall also be illegal to punish anyone for the distribution and or the reception of any such information or to block such distribution from occurring between consenting parties and/or the advertising of such information/knowledge. Further it does not matter if the information and or knowledge in question is strategic, military and/or anything which could be deemed morally offensive, just so long as consent was fully given for its production and its circulation, no person, state or government shall hinder the flow of such information while that information can be deemed education to the point people can learn from it.  However this does not prevent any government, organisations, or individuals  from regulating  against accidental exposure to such information which may be deemed inappropriate to certain audiences, just as long as such regulation does not impede or prevent the access or distribution of such information and/or knowlege between individuals, groups, societies and/or governments where consent was given and a desire to be informed exists. It is assumed minors can not give consent, on such issues which could be judged harmful in nature when it comes to appearing in or being referenced to any and/or all information, data or knowledge in question.

(observations on the above, it should be obvious to the more observant, that by explicitly allowing the transmition and circulation of military information, states and/or other organisations will have to fall back to a privacy defence, to avoid exposure. this is entirely deliberate as it forces them to respect and uphold article 8 and a citizens right to privacy, and a failure to observe and protect such rights. leaves them open to the law of hypocrisy where we ensure that they don't make one law for them, and another for the individuals who fall within their remit) everyone is entitled to information, and no one has the power to limit such access, which would be harmful for the development of the free world and democracy in general

We Lost the Vote, Now lets fight to get it back
Leaflets to stick up around Europe and perhaps the world - if it embarrasses the states to change their ways...

GB  One Life, One Vote Campaign  New Labour, New Auswitch. Only 16% voted for labour in 2005, hardly anyone for the executive, and they continue to undermine our base freedoms, and show scorn for the fundamental law.
Presidential Campaign Speech
Key Points on Reform

How I'd handle presidential pardons includes real case

  • One Life, One Vote. drop the voting age to 12, giving the legal guardian the proxy vote till that age. with the ability to appoint a proxy via the power of attorney  if mentally incapacitated or unable to vote for a particular reason.
  • Those taking their seats on the council of Europe must have 51% of the national vote, else they are deemed illegitimate
  • Judges Elected for life times, so we can start holding states to account, for their abuses of freedom. see new labour = new auswitch.
  • A democratically elected president, to protect and uphold the peoples freedoms, maintained at least 51% of the national vote.
  • The separation of church and state, way too much religion creeping in.. Christian democrats *puke*  always ends badly when government starts dictating morals. teaching what can and can't be done with psychic/spiritual development is another matter...
  • The  Campaign Speech

    Liberalisation

its time to end the fear, and the slavery and allow people to be themselves, free of harassment or oppression

So let us liberalise the states, and let us lead the free world, as the free world! not as a shadowy imposter

    • this means that no state or government has any more rights granted in law then the individual,   and neither the state or the individual  is above the law.  Thereby no group, body or individual shall take steps to limit or regulate integration between any consenting parties, beyond the minimum required to protect those rights of those who don't consent to the risk, and only so long as that mitigation doesn't impede or restrict the rights of the individuals involved. no state, government or individual has the right to impose moral judgement and/or restrictions on anyone else,  and thereby any such restrictions can only extend to protecting against accidental harm, nucence or exposure and this is the fundamental principle of humanity, free will and choice.
    • So with that in mind, there should be  no restriction on anyone trying to inform or persuade people of the risks involved so long as that they cease any and all such harassment once the individual declares themselves fully informed. steps only may be taken to restrict freewill if a person is deemed incapable of rational choice and only up until such condition lasts.

    Adjusting regulations to match:

    • Lower the drinking age to 14  on licensed premises if accompanied by parents. This will prompt a healthier lifestyle by teaching children to drink responsibly  from an early age. lower it to 16 across Europe unaccompanied. I'd rather they were indoors, with adults around, rather then hiding it on the streets.
    • legalise all drugs, and tax accordingly. there is no need to impose your will on consenting adults, merely instruct and educate on the risks.
    • relax porn rules, inline with the other states, as well as legalising prostitution in line. i for one, would be willing to sell my body to teach, when it comes to sex... to instruct confidence and break the fear. of course I'm a politician so would do that anyway...
    • take us into the common currency, sooner rather then later.
    • The right to bear arms and defend oneself is covered in my view on pardons. which is that the individual maintains the same right  and freedoms as the states do, up until such time that the world collectively outlaws  that the keeping of such weapons by any man or government. The individual may take any and all steps required to defend themselves.

    Morality

    • Abortion is the mothers choice, up unto birth and we have the right to respect doctors beliefs who don't want to do it, and/we can't stop prevent people from travelling to get it done, and you have to publicise what/age your willing to do it, and give them access to information on who can and is willing to perform it.
    • Again no government, state or group shall restrict information from those who want it. which includes sexual education for all those who have maintained sexual maturity. Let biology be the judge, not government. in fact one may argue it is best to give them access before that time!

    on stem sell/medical research

    • Unless it can be proven that a risk to the physical well being of the masses is present in such procedures (i.e. along the lines of 28 days later) then it is beyond the remit and jurisdiction of parliament or mealy regulate on ethical/moral grounds as that decision remains soley in the remit of the consenting adults. Government exceeds its jurisdiction when it attempts to legislate on mere moral or ethical grounds alone. Its function solely rests with legislating to minimise the exposure of risk on innocent and unconcenting parties and/of course to protect their safety. no risk, no regulation for it is that simple as no government, state or parliament has a place intruding and imposing its will on  the private and/or family life's of individuals when there is no apparent risk to public safety.

    Environment

Warning: this tie's in with stuff, i was shown years back, and even now am only starting to grasp, what it means. i'm up for it, and enjoy the challenge do you? (my book had more, if memory serves as ages come, and ages go, and i may have forgot to write it down, oops i never did think it was that big, (or possible) until now. sorry about that.. the mind moves on, and this is going to be fun)

    •  everyone has a duty to protect the environment and seek better more efficient ways of doing things, it should be in the scope of the people to regulate in order to protect the environment but in doing so they should compensate those companies, and or individuals who would be put to undo hardship by any change in regulation or law outlawing items and or practices so they are not hard done by.
    • Damage caused/alleged should be clearly labelled so people can make an informed decision about the consequences of their actions and thus putting a greater incentive on  industry for increasing the quality and purity of output.

    Defence

    • Europe reserves the right to extract its citizens from harms way, and once they are safely secured we shall peruse any additional action though the courts and any and such investigations required to fulfil proof of such atrocities for the adjudication of the international courts. Incidentally i see no reason while extracting our citizens we can't also extract any other vulnerable people who request or require assistance, assuming such extraction doesn't jeopardise our own citizens safety or that of the military. It is my desire that Europe act on the knowledge and the facts and not on mere conjecture or belief as some nations would have.

    More preamble

while we have a duty to protect the weak and the vulnerable, that does not extend to restricting  what information they filter and process as  that is censorship, that is control, and that is slavery by any other name. It is the first hurdle to freedom, relaxing your need to control and limit people, you have to learn to trust, respect and tolerate and it should be noted that all slavery begins with justifying the need for control/moderation and or censorship. this should be taken for what it is,  a naive desire to control your fellowman, and its the time of justification people like Hitler and/or Sadam used, it's time to respect their rights and give them the freedom of choice.

Memorable Quotes and catch phrases from the campaign trail..
"If Paris was worth a mass, the devil's worth the world"

"new labour, new Auswitch, let the apathy begin as we censor your right to knowledge... and spin it down"

"Business is the world, without the world, we are nothing,  so when you think local, then think the world as that's as local as we're going to get, without it we're nothing, and that includes the environment too... anyone for tea? I'm British and the shops in the states... just a click away... embarrassing really should have been Europe"

"Religion has no part in good government, separation must be maintained... Belief is divisive whilst questioning unites on the bridge of compromise"

"Why believe, when we can know, it's time to question and learn, rather then listen and forget, so with that proof by exception, and first principles every time..."

    Strategy for Reform

The 1984 style elections must end.  I want to outlaw first past the post elections which prevent people from voting for independents or who they may want to vote for. as it stands people are scared into voting for the lesser of two evils. which is not good enough,  we need to elect people on 51%  of the vote minimum. This could be done on a ruling under protocol one, article three of the human rights act, to bring the parties to heal.

Further we have been a member of the European union and the federal government since 1st January 1973 and allowed an unelected council control of law which supersedes uk statue.  our statue must give way and is not allowed to obscure EU Law period. This
emeans its imperative that those positions are elected by voters. ergo i plan to implement a small change which would ensure we get to vote them on!

As it stands this position is dictated in our case by an unelected government which could have as little as 16% of the national vote, going by the last 2005 election. the foreign minister should not have that power.  So let the people decide, with a democratic vote.  Perhaps expanding it, to one "senator" per 20 million of the population. which would give the uk 3 seats. and countries get a minimum of one representative. This vote would take place at a national level, with nominated individuals standing and not parties.  To counterbalance how the EU parliament's elected, I here it's called a separation of power...

The president would no longer be nominated by these unelected officials [currently the council] but would be instead elected by the people, for the people. Which would at least ensure proper vetting, and ensure the people get a say on the legislative agenda. . we would still have the house of representatives which in Europe's case is made up of the EU parliament. Watch the west wing for this in practice.

This is not a referendum issue as all we are doing is making the existing structure more democratic, which incidentally is why the national parties tend to mislead you, for they don't want to loose the power and control which comes from having not having the support of the electorate. Why have the vote, when you can avoid it;) reminds me the following comparison on British polices. you have a choice between voting Sadam in or his replacement ossama bin laden, and perhaps an unknown candidate who for sake of argument is the unknown bloke out of west wing series seven. who do you vote for?

In Britain it would run like this. The parties would say Santos can't win here, so choosing the lesser of two evils to get the other out, we would pick ossama (at least he blows other people up) cue labour comparison in Iraq thus replacing sadam (conservatives, northern ireland least we forget history) while real peace, would never get a chance to flourish here.
Screw education remove the grants and let the book burnings begin! British politics at its best
Starting with removing the EU Law books from public libraries!

Time to censor, and build a wall... unless you have the money to buy yourself access..
Then again if you do manage to pay the extortionate uni fees, your not going to get much in return.

In fact your better off buying a book, and trying it on your own. In fact read around and look outside the uk for news... fully moderated for your safety. don't believe me, try and write a statement and get it published, if your not on the agenda you won't get listed in this country.

So isn't it time we starting ensuring every home has broadband and  what's more ensuring we get it uncensored we don't need bodies enforcing "standards" of what is acceptable and unacceptable content... people have the right to see what everyone thinks,  good or bad.

knowledge is power and, the people deserve the right to know,  the choice to choose what they read.  who cares if its a downer, its information and well information is useful, for you get to make a move, and do something with it.

Information, becomes knowledge which becomes power. which is perhaps why the uk seems reluctant for the masses to get hold of it! the news isn't news if its moderated! and on that note its worth noting you don't need a tv licence to own a TV. Only to receive and if your only watching DVDs, play stations an ability to receive is irrelevant despite how certain bodies are intent on misleading bullying to the country which reminds me isn't there a law concerning limiting the peoples reception of knowledge, ergo technically one could argue that  a licence deprives you of the right to to pick up other more legitimate news sources for free... perhaps comical ali from Iraq!  it doesn't take much to loose respect for the bbc, after they started pushing political agendas. its not what you put in, its what you leave out which is important! hence article 10. leave nothing out.

SO WHAT I WANT IS UNMODERATED NEWS AND UNMODERATED TEACHING. PEOPLE SHOULD BE FREE TO LEARN ANYTHING THEY WANT, AND NOT BE THROWN IN PRISION FOR KNOWING IT...

The government and their news services  are alarmingly  getting better , at saying they won't be interested in that, lets pass on it,  who wants to mention anything negative...or well interesting...lets pick and choose what's commercial, facebook no myspace, what about the sextree... same with Wikipedia with their double standards in the removal/selection  of material...

Break the chains and look around, and be amassed at how sheltered and uninformed we actually are... as they try and lead the sheep up the garden path, and innsy winsy spider goes tumbling down the drain...

                   and

constitutional law, administrative law and human rights a critical introduction forth edition. by loveland.[*1]

two texts, which will leave you shocked, bemused and disgusted at the state of British politics and the comical propaganda machine known as the bbc, and  one wonders  why none of the tabloids has actually woken up to it... perhaps it negates their business interests.

In fact one beings to wonder if  its time, to start doing  punch and judy in the streets as in olden times.  Breaking the blockade by teaching the young about the hypocrisyof british government, teaching and education... including  the information  they are not been taught in school on religion, politics  and the law...

How little we know, and how much they hide, nothings changed, they fear it....which is a shame, when its fear and ignorance which is the only destructive force, common sense and reason goes a long way with speaking your minds... and hearing it out, all of it, before its lost
Did You Know - convention is propaganda not legal fact.
This means the queen should and can use her veto to protect our freedoms and democracy, in fact she can still elect anyone she wants as prime minister, and remove them as well! In fact the whole cabinet!

There have been a few occasions where it could and would have been preferable that she had acted, showing her increased wisdom. over a house which knows very little. one where its members often don't know what door means what, or even what "the fuck they are voting on"

Iraq for one, and the removal of tony Blair as pm another. other acts which threaten habeas corpus and the manga carta and no group of people has the power to undermine or restrict the basic human freedoms and rights recognised by humanity. So no to 49 days in prison without charge.

In these situations the queen has a duty to uphold the constitution.
In fact it could be argued that parliament would work better if, she choose the minorities as the executive in order to better represent the purpose of which parliament was intended by our bill of rights in 1688.  so there you have it, legally the queen has at least as much power, and when you consider only 16% of the parliament voted for the last labour majority, and none for the executive, their argument for democracy fall flat on their face. We need wisdom, guidance, leadership and not Muppets in power.

    Polite Suggestion

On those occasions, the people are outraged at how an illegitimate and unelected executive try and dictate to the world, and/or the good people of this nation - with  only 16% of vote, which is hardly democratic.

It might be wise and prudent  to petition her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II to act for and on behalf of the people....

So for example if one were to present her with sufficient number of votes, say  more votes then the cabinet had, one would be more then justified in blocking any bill...

so she in fact could hold any referendum she so desired...

Just an idea, to restore freedom to this land... if that's what you want, of course..

Your humble servant gothiclight, the antichrist, wishing to restore democracy and balance to the law of the land...

As everyone would be too scared to vote for the unknown just in case no one else did, and thus we avoid getting a true reflection of who people wanted. Just look at the election material posted thought peoples doors at every election... money wins. This is why you have to change it, to first, second, third choices and combine them till you get a a majority of at least 51%. in cases of a tie, you use the first choice number... this way we can say who we would prefer and fall back to the lesser of two evils, with out second or third choices. Of course, you don't have to put anymore choices, and if no one gets at least 51% its assumed a no vote, ron wins!. There is also the option of the bundestag in Germany. (as above but half the seats are from party lists to make the percentages match the national vote.  so labour would have had 36% of the seats in that house based on the 2005 election.)

Anyway enough of the inadequate and my view illegal local politics we continue to inflict on the electorate, which reminds me i have considered a defamation law suit on that one.

Technically sweeping statements that x can't win here. Is more a belief and in actual reality everyone has a chance! So on that note its technically misleading the electorate!  I'm guessing the judiciary would agree with literal translation and education as it is.

In my view, if i was standing in that position, I think I'd have to sure to get  a correction. Just in the name of fair play, and this sporting the good British humour we're so proud of. literal democrats anyone? they sulked when they lost that one, so they should at least know where the judiciary stands.   Anyway on  that note it's back to once again regaining our voice in Europe  where the law matter more, which is of course the reason why we so solely need to restore the balance, with someone who knows the implication of words, and how statute combine for interesting results and hence the reason for human rights! the Muppets of the lower house, have short memories... I on the other hand never forget. so if they refuse to make it more democratic. the wording your after is protocol one, article three of the human rights acts.

So with that how do we as a people, make the council sign off on handing power back to us and thus restoring the balance. an elected democractic majority to Europe. I Suggest the following plan for driving the change.

We begin by following the current council around with placards showing how many people voted for them, compared to the number of people they represent, in all cases this is going to be next to 0% of the vote. Even better  we follow the leaders of Europe and the council around Europe dressed as the fool  Representing new beginnings and highlighting to the world how much of a joke they really are.

Democracy begins here, today, with you

Together we reveal collectively how  hypocritical labour and the other nationalist parties have been. No longer should we the people be scared off, lied or manipulated. it's time to reclaim  government, and put an end to religious parties such as the Christian democrats for that crosses the line on separation  article nine and ten which corresponds to articles70-72 in the treaty on the fundamental of human rights.  should ensure  we keep people's beliefs out the race, moral blackmail and scare tactics outlawed.

This is why i want to run as president, for i want to ensure the freedoms of the world, are protected and not undermined, as it stands currently. it brings a tear to my eye, watching out country disintegrate and continue to pass legislation which undermines those base freedoms, because people know, no better.  it is up to the position of president to hold politicians like Tony Blair in contempt, to say ni when we begin to allow a return to natzi Germany on our own soil. free legal aid, and not locking people up without intent or evidence is imperative to maintain the respect and the status of the free world. without it, we become a joke, which ends in prison, and runs the risk of new Auzwitch style disappearances taking over. especially with the press moderated, and censored as it is.

We need to get back to focusing on allowing the people to speak their mind, free of reprisals and terror tactics on the behalf of states who haven't the legitimacy of modern government. which is 51% not the 16% of Britian. As it stands currently they are slowly trying to undermine our base freedoms with the removal of legal aid (against article 6), insane attempts (against article 5) to lock people up with no charge, and to make matters worse, you don't according to the British government even need to have intent. this is harking back to the dark witch burnings of old, where knowledge was penalised and instead of executing you, they will lock you up, for paint ball, or even holding a stick. you know how to mix chemicals, it matters not that your a chemist, if for example in the case of mortar papers. your knowledge could be implied, or even insinuated to have an ulterior motive beyond legitimacy we will do you for it. that means everyone who knows anything is at risk.

this means the precedent set by the British courts could lock anyone up, for  even reading a novel such as 1984. for it undermines the state. that is why we need a president which speaks for the people, and those imposters from the parties are no longer fit to serve. we need a new breed, for a new future which puts your liberty and your safety first. Be creative and take democracy in your own hands, petition the parliament for change. and vote the antichrist president of Europe!  for tomorrow, you might not get a second change!

and yes i am a wanker. Wee the video's to remove any doubt that you might have! Just remember at least i air on the side of good government, caution freedom and reason and want to know before acting, belief is not enough. With enough sense, and proof that even i could challenge the pope to a showdown, on democracy, thelogy and religion. Which is another bug bear of mine, scaring people to serve or making them fear the unknown all to cling to power, it's not on. Period.

People should be free and allowed  to do as they want and  what's more they should be give the confidence to achieve those goals, tempted if you will...

So yes with that in mind, I would convert the pope, for if Paris was worth a mass, the devil - and freedom - is worth the world. No more tyranny. Come on we're big boys now, we can build on what went before, create not destroy, with our own insight, and reason or are they just academic wanabee's pretending to care. It's not about regurgitation of facts and figures. It's about have the balls to stand up and take action. So to take Navarre and the wars of religion in a modern context, the insanity must cease to be, and we should get back to building, learning, sharing, and more importantly healing our differences, and setting aside belief to build on what we know, so no more dictating what is right, and who is right to do what. It's a matter of free will.

That in itself is a no brainer, and it is regrettable that we live in a world, where speaking your mind, and being true to yourself should send you to hell and back. Loose the fear, mark the antichrist as your only safe choice in the elections, freedom matters, and you deserve the best for your future, and your loved ones. Regardless how many that may be. The future timetable for democracy could be achieved in a day if you really wanted it. Yes it IS that simple! that perverse a child of six, could make a better job of it, then some of those leaders. take the test? is it right to lock someone up in a cupboard without speaking to anyone for 46 sleeps, i think the answer will be a resounding NO, yet still this twits in office try and get away with it.

There's a reason for federal government, and that reason stands the test of time. Though be warned as it stands currently those morons appear to be stonewalling it to death. trying to allude to complicatedness where there is none to find, you did it back in 1973. all that remains is making yourselves electable, and thus completing the process which was already decided years ago.

Come on does it take one man, with no executive experience to write it up?  where 25,00 commissioners and political the entire experience of nations fail. Two paragraphs, to free the world. Elected by the people for the people. to serve the nations and protect their rights. Yes, again without sounding reparative as something tells me, these people are hard of hearing, either lacking the basic reasoning to do the right thing, or perhaps they have no clue to what is blindingly obvious to one man, with no affiliation who hasn't sold his soul to the party line. Yes freedom demands we make those positions electable! and liberty demands we do it now, least another bell crack with time wasting!

Is it that hard to give up the reigns of power, and return it to the people?  it's not hard, the states have had it for centuries. as a business you would fail, too many bloody committees

You know its obvious, finish the task, or give it to someone who can!  So I here by demand  by order of the Antichrist - blood optional 0 that you sign it back to the people, and give them the choice. for your excuses for delay are pathetic and while it may fool the uneducated sheep, who flock to your  call, it fools not me one jot. so do it now, before it's too late.
We stand on the brink of history and it must be allowed to run its course, and take the logical outcome. No more fire fighting  its time to uphold and implement that strategic vision the framers had in mind, on either side of the world. then and now! for they were the one and the same, ad on infinite item...

go on I dare you,  tempt yourself...  just this once,  to try and make history for the right reasons, to let the creative potential flow, and make the difference to the people for the RIGHT reasons and not the wrong ones,  so yes give them the vote, and let them pick the people who they want to pick,  and not as it stands currently where we are forced to pick those we don't want, as frankly nothing gets done with that system, and it show. 1973 - 2008 and progress achieved zip. all because they fear it!

Give me a week, and it will be in writing in fact most business would have completed it in an afternoon! perhaps highlighting the difference between the private and public sectors! though perhaps its best to stay focused on one goal, and one agenda at a time, so that means you can't have national ties, while in office for the duration, if you hadn't noticed that is...

I could go on, but i fear the points been made too many times already. the rest is just ridicule or forcing people to listen, and open up, for change and please if you don't understand something just ask, i will be happy to take any leader aside and tell them why they can't do what their trying to do, as it stands! I don't bite, really I don't... unless asked of course...

So here's to new beginnings  our future matters more, a future  where skill and sharing means something, and  of course an ability to read helps - please take note, uk independence party, you appear to have lost track of what was signed, contracts being contracts and all... words matter...

To  love and to do, is one which i hope will take us through the gates of hell, and return us to a brighter future, when people reslise they have nothing to fear but their own incompetence for failing to understand the ramifications of what they did years ago, it's not hard to look and open your eyes, its all written here, and has been for years.

Now think and reflect on a place where we are free to be ourselves, without fear or prejudice and the slavers of old. we need to learn the law, and the reasons for it. the fundamentals like learning to read take precedence in this life... loose that, and loose the world, for your solutions matter, your opinions and your ideas, our motives and your intent decide the future of this world, not the other.

So to safeguard and protect ourselves from those who would abuse it, loose it, and throw it to the wind... I give you the antichrist.  not all lawyers fight for justice, and technically he is an i.t. geek who dables in the law, psychic development and well freedom.

Choose wisely,  freedom demands knowledge, education and the sharing of ideas. We can not allow censorship and fear to continue unabated you are strong enough, and wise enough to be exposed to ideas, images and pictures, which give you choice, and  break your fear.... so you can continue to grow and well live the life you wanted, rather then the shadow of one they your superiors, mothers, fathers, and authority figures wanted.. your all equal in this world, you all have the same potential to succeed you just need to be shown how, nothing hidden, nothing gained, knowledge is power and its your birthright, to bear all those who hide the truth, hide the facts, and try and protect people from the ideas, that govern the world...

it's time to learn to trust, and to love, and to respect our fellow man,  embracing our differences, and protecting the weak against those states who would see you blinkered to life, to choice and well to love, in the devil's playground, for its you and you alone who have the power  and the responsibility to choose your own destiny, and perhaps we might be honour bound to prevent you from achieving certain aims, but in the end, there is no right and wrong, only the illusion of choice, and we mean to bring you that choice, no matter what happens next.... prepare for a new day, a new tomorrow one where we can still love openly, free from reprisal for your choice is my choice, and well i love you anyway, no matter what happens next...

[*1] while loveland is good, i have to note then when reviewing convention on Canada, he quotes one case, where the courts rule that they can't question an act of parliament however if the passing of act, was in turn in breach of other law, then that act could be stricken out, and anything which followed it. this appears not to apply to the law reform act, as it was done following the process. (some of the former colonies still need to present bills for royal and parliamentary assent if they change their constitutions at which point Britain most likely will strive to pass the buck...politics in motion. Ordinary statues can be implicitly repealed, while constitutional ones have to be explicit and it is possible for any of the estates to willingly give up its sovereignty which it did back in 1973. just as the lords did in 1911, and the king in 1688, and as the act's of union and now estate can grant themselves "powers" which the courts can't recognise, outside the common law. so yes those old statues are still in play, which is why it's wise not to forget the law, despite how much certain houses would like you to forget it. So don't be scared of taking legal action against a government if you have correct grounds to do so, the courts most likely will love it, or not. depending on your judge. the law is the law and not even parliament is above it.
it is with that view. that while parliament regulates with the sole protection of protecting the people, and mitigating risk. its use of statue restricting the courts against tyranous acts. the same argument should be played by the courts to protect against the tyranny of parliament. If parliament legislates past its inceptions, if it attempts to do as hitler did, pass laws which being to suppress and move beyond the limits required to mitigate against a risk. then they should deem it ultra vires... as it stands the courts argues they are bound by statue, and its not there place to judge though, i fear that the time will come that if the judges don't speak up, then there is no fallback option to protect the people beyond what is already in place in the human rights acts. this does not as it stands go far enough, in mitigating the risk of a parliament gone mad. it should also be observed that no matter how much we may resort to the courts for settlement, there will be occasions where people will always resort to a test of skill, be it combat or something else to resolve matters. assuming its consensual and no innocents are harmed, it might be a more dignified way of proceeding on some issues. as far too many countries are resorting to tactics which would be classed as uncivilised in earlier times. so with that, any government, person or group who lets or allows damage to civilian property ,or allows any innocents and none concentual parties getting hurt, is guilty of war crimes, and should be judged accordingly by the courts.

    misplaced, economics
your either in profit, loss and/or breaking even. growth for profit is pointless. you either have enough to live on, or you don't. if you company/government/you have enough to live on, then you effort is best focused on helping other people/companies/organisations getting self sufficient and stable if on the other hand, your loosing your wealth, your outgoings, more then your incomes. you seriously need, help to stabalise it. loans don't help that, people do.

so the focus of western society to capitalise and grow, is perhaps wondrously short-sighted when done in issolation, forw and swallow everything up, tramble, consume, destroy. hardly sporting, being the last man standing, with no one left to enjoy anything, but yourselves. Si while they continue to grow, swallow up, destroy and consume the little men. You have to wonder are they doing it for the right reasons, people are slain in their thousands, as the money is taken off the streets, people are held to ransom, with huge rate rises, all to what. enslave them? to make them fear authority, and which leads. to a few in charge, and the rest subservient, so much for a country of equals, how about the return of serfdom *ahudder*

< I'd rather see a cottage industry, of people sustaining themselves, then multi-billion doller banking corporations, just seeking to profit, instead of build, invest and help the little man, get self sufficient, that means passing things on, ideas, contacts and knowledge everyone perhaps wants something different in life, we have our own neiche, which we can continue to specialise in. (though perhas, i'd rather learn everything, and do anything, then your not wanted. even if your better, then those who can't do anything else, hard to sell) So why is it they can't fight it out on their own...

bah sod it, the only other random point, which isn't fixed here. is that without "evil", the rebellious and outspoken side of nature, the fear would get worse, it takes those who revel, against society to remind them they have options, they can always do something else, if not, why not? surely, there's something there for everyone, most if not all, enjoy the strangest things. almot as though they were born for it, but that's another storey. when things come full circle, and people do what they intended, and soon enough move on and diversify elsewhere. spreading the seeds of knowledge. which fall on deaf ears, or not. Too many times, we can't say anything, we are restricted in what we do? all for what, the more fear we have, the more we lock up, the more we don't be ourselves, the more our ability to love vanishes.

say nothing, do nothing, fear everything, fear the risk of trying and watch the suffering continue, people fearing to whisper their thoughts and fears. your not right, your mental, you spoke out, your experience is not what we require, its too specialised, too unique, too well dangerous, it brings all these unanswered questions, which we can't don't want to deal with. we prefer to do nothing, stick our heads in the sand, and watch it suffer. no change here, we can't allow it, your not speak to them, they are my contacts. Bollocks to that, we have a duty to speak our minds, and be outselves, at all levels of sociery, and not be penalised for it, as no sooner do we penalise speaking our minds, then the independent well of creativity, and potential vanishes down the black hole of despair...

So love vanishes, partners are too scared to share their oppinion, society bread it out of us at school, and humour or ideas curicified on the same old drivel. you have to obey the official line, if its not written here, it can't be true, no exploration, no investigation. your not ready for it, and perhaps with some governments, you never will be.

As people would be too scared to do anything, take the risk, take the chance, do something, anything, but not that, just not yet, when then? if ever... it offends, well actually perhaps it doesn't but I'm scared, it does. so lets not try it, let's not open the box, that's not save ourselves, thats crucify it instead. misery, follows, and the deaths do rise, all for what. because no one cared, too stuck in the sand, with their own worries, their own outspoken fears, rather then letting go, and relax..

or they loose the lot... rebellion on the other hand, encourages people, that perhaps they can do that, and why not, when nothing comes of it, when its never as bad, as it looked, the fear is lost, ergo society benefits from the trouble makers, as when things get broke, they are cleared up, never did look as bad, of course their is a line on that side. but meh. no one's perfect, not even me, which is the point i'm human, i need to love, breath and well do something, anything, but what (sigh) I knew I'd outgrown the world, but this is starting, to take the piss, when i say outgrown, the games, the distractions and the politics, the cause and effect, so blatent, one wonders what the point of living, perhaps i should save myself the bother, put myself down, save society the bother, and let them continue, as they have always done, stripping it back. and repeating history, of the worst, kind, never learning, and never moving on... to get past it, and well...

The ultimate irony, without the nasty side, their would be no life, no love only fear. for one can not sustain oneself, if the boundaries aren't pushed back, challenged, and argued against. of course, you could try and erase all the outspoken ideas, but that never worked anyway, as once created, they stay their, circlating in the ether, always ready to bounce back. so the only defence, is perhaps self sufficiency, and teaching communications, as i remember I'm writing politics, and perhaps, it needs to come more focused, on outcome... joining together, and well letting people do what they want, and rather then focusing on personal greed, we work out what people want to do, then help them achieve it... notwithstanding, people want to scale up.

but if i could start over. i wouldn't have bothered. do it while your young, the curve, of nothing, as you slowley expand, and learn your potential, before uni and work has crushed it out of you, slave no more. serve no one but yourself, and loose the lot, but work to help, achieve something, being the best, perhaps it leads somewhere, but people are fickle, and meh what do i know, i spoke my mind, and look what happened here...

They fled in terror, With nothing, you start your company up,  then work outwards, and grow slowly salaried positions, while attractive, are nothing more then "wage slave", but once you start, it's hard to go back, as you get a taste for the cash, so perhaps the wisest minds, threw the lot away, started early, and well just built up, pick and angle and go with it, only what if it fails? then what, give up, and succumb to society. try and appeal/compromise and or what is that encouraging the fear? or getting past it, i think society humours the fear, and grows it up, rather then concurring it, which is a shame, I preferred love (once), passion and well sex to that... screw it the price of not being myself is too high, i shall fall into nothing, and deminish, free to rule in hell, then serve, as a slave in heaven. because freedom, and lossing the fear was worth it...

Shame, never did get much else, and perhaps never will again of either sort, an ode to lilith (just to keep the theme going) So *broke* donations welcome..  the irony, is once you get a taste for growth, do you ever stop? and when do you stop, and consider the rest? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

which is perhaps why the richest men, are often the most generous, as money is leverage to a point, then what. still the banks, and who's getting the cash? credit cards, and pumping the poor? and using honesty against them, never struck me, as being ethical, your supposed to help people, not screw them over, as when the biggest of us, use peoples, opinions, and oppinions against them, we destroy it, the biggest must therefore set the example. good people, look past the flaws, focus on what can be done, and where. most banks never do that, it's how do we screw them over.. one by one... or is that only the managers I've dealt with? correct the banks, and lead by example... it's obvious, who the good guys are, and the bad....

So one wonders is giving to the red cross, while getting nothing sensible... perhaps not, but at least if i go down, they would in part have gained in part, maybe someone's life on the other side of the globe, i've never even met, benefit from the crap of western democracy, which so isn't there yet. and yet the rise of those who would suppress the liberty and morality of others, continues unabaited, and it looks like the bottomless pit, in the name of god continues.

so perhaps, a campaign which sees people get so many loans, out then give it all to charity, they go down in flames, while the charity has laundered the cash, and the poorest of the poor get it, of course efficient being what it is, that would perhaps fails, but one wonders on the morality of some, and the weakness of others what is strength, where is leadership quality,  and why are some people, just pricks? Now matter, what is said and done... ahh well to many ideas, mingled, and joined, that no one can handle it, oh to the American indian, long gone... sensible at last... civilisation destroyed by incompetence as is the way, the western way, the Islamic way, for neither learnt to let them be... and by the looks of it, never shall...

i pity both, and mourn neither,  and god, is long past its sell by date, on both counts. for the fools, never learnt a dam, and never shall...
and the irony of walking to the window, anoyed, angry and weeing  two birds, one joining the other, and the love you in my head, and thinking that's sweet, tears to my eyes, and still the world has been and gone, they destroyed it,  which is a pity as the devil was the world, and god the looser... for she never forgave in time...
